Well, we had our two-week well child check today, and guess what! We have a well child! Of course we knew we did, but it's always nice to have confirmation that all is going well. He looks good and he's GROWING! Last monday he weighed 6lbs 6.5oz, and today he weighed 7 lbs, 11 ounces! Isn't that incredible? That means he gained a pound and 4.5 ounces in a little more than a week. 20.5 ounces in 9 days . . . 2.3 ounces per day! I think that's just amazing.
Anyway - he's doing great, doctor was impressed with how well he looks for an early baby. He's such a good boy! We're still taking it pretty easy at home; Nick has to go back to work next week, so we're trying to enjoy it as much as possible for now.
